Mission of the role (why this exists)
Turn interest into
signed LOIs and deposits
from:
- Title Sponsor (exclusive, €50,000+)
, and - Participating Teams (first 3 now; 15 curated across non‑competing sectors overall).
You will own
- Building and working a focused account list across our target sectors (premium automotive / F&B, telco, consumer electronics, banking/fintech/insurance, energy; luxury; real estate; high‑end lifestyle & entertainment; B2B/AV/tech).
- Multi‑threaded outreach to C‑suite/CMO/Brand/CSR.
- KPI workshops
with prospects; drafting
LOIs
and securing deposits. - Translating sponsor goals into
checkpoint/gala activations
and content placements, then closing with clear ROI promises and a reporting plan (reach, engagement, leads, CPL). - CRM hygiene, pipelines, and weekly revenue reporting per SOP (lead capture via QR → landing pages; segmented CRM; analytics loop).

. - CRM updated daily: meetings set, LOIs sent, deposits collected. (We'll supply one‑pagers, LOIs, activation worksheet, and Leads data.)
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting & qualification, calendar blocking, follow‑ups within 24-48h.
- Running structured sponsor/participant meetings; mapping KPIs to our reporting template.
- Price & rights negotiation (Title exclusivity; sector non‑compete for teams).
- Handing off signed deals to operations/content for activation.
Must‑have experience
- 3-7+ years in
sponsorship/partnership sales
(events, sports, media, or B2B experiences) with
C‑level
decision‑makers. - Evidence of closing
€25k-€100k+
deals with clear ROI cases. - Fluent
English & Romanian
; excellent written outreach. - Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, Notion/Sheets CRM (or similar).
(We run Notion + automations per SOP.)
Nice‑to‑have
- Networks in our target verticals; automotive/luxury or premium B2B sponsorship background.
Red flags
:
- Vague deal stories, no pipeline numbers, over‑promising without KPIs, dislikes CRM, weak writing.
Compensation (clear, performance‑first)
Collaboration Contract (Oct–Dec) with extension to Sep 2026.
Base + commission
(indicative):
- Base
€1,500 - €2,500 / month (contractor). - Title:
5-7% commission on fee when deposit arrives. - Teams:
€500 commission per paid team
+
5% accelerator for every 3 teams closed in a month. - Fast‑close bonus:
+€2,000 if Title deposit lands within 14 days of start.
