We're looking for a talented Brokers Partnerships Management Coordinator to join our growing team

In this role, you will:

Build and maintain reliable, strong and long‑lasting business relationship with brokers partners;

Organize training sessions for partners regarding products, workflow, eligibility criteria, systems;

Propose and manage projects for improving the workflow and the applications used;

Assure sales support for loans applications received from partners;

Support collaboration between branches and local partners.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Retail Banking - Sales;

University degree;

Sales, presentation and negotiation skills;

Good communication and interaction skills;

Professional proficiency in English language;

Perseverance in achieving objectives;

MS Office knowledge;

Positive attitude, problem solver, attention to details;

Team player.
