We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Contract Administrator to join our project team on the Cluj Metro Project. You will play a crucial role in the contractual management of the project, contributing to the project's success and the company's growth.

What you will do:

  • Administer and manage the contract with the Beneficiary and offers support in the administration of sub-contracts/supply contracts;
  • Assure compliance of the contractor with all contractual terms and conditions and/or any deadlines prescribed therein;
  • Draft and manage all correspondence related to the main contract with the Beneficiary;
  • Draft and manage relevant correspondence related to the subcontractors/suppliers or any other partners;
  • Analyze the contracts with the Employer and subcontractors/supplier, identify critical issues, obtain all relevant legal/technical/financial input from the project team on these issues;
  • Manage all claims arising out from the contract, timely notify of claims and other issues, manage variations in accordance with the requirements of the Contract, conduct and archive all the necessary correspondence, proactively monitor project teams at the site and give guidance related to contractual matters;
  • Provide proactive advice on specific issues, risks, contractual/claims activities, taking into account the contract and business objectives;
  • Ensure that contract management practices are in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the Contract on the project.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Law;
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Solid knowledge of the Romanian public procurement contracts, in particular HG 1/2018;
  • Sound knowledge of Public Procurement Law and regulations;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Word;
  • Proven experience to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must;
  • Team-player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
