Are you passionate about turning data into clear, actionable insights? MOL Romania is looking for a Research and Data Analyst in our Retail Marketing department to support smarter marketing decisions through advanced analytics, customer insights, and market research
.

What you'll do

  • Analyze marketing, loyalty, and category performance data to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide monthly and quarterly analysis on brand tracking, loyalty performance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Develop business cases for marketing initiatives, using historical data and clear financial logic
  • Conduct competitor monitoring and consumer behavior research, turning insights into strategic recommendation
  • Track and report key KPIs and marketing budget performance
  • Collaborate with Group and local teams on research studies, data projects, and analytics reporting
  • Use tools like Power BI, Excel, and statistical software to visualize and communicate finding
  • Ensure that data insights lead to concrete action plans and support ongoing commercial decision

What we're looking for

  • Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a similar field
  • Minimu
    m 3 years of experien
    ce in data analysis, marketing research, or commercial analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working wit
    h Power
    BI, Excel (advanced), and ideally SQL or other analysis tools
  • Familiarity wit
    h research methodologi
    es (qualitative and quantitative), ability to transform complex data into business-relevant insights
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Driver's license is a plus
