Rolul tău:

În calitate de Recruitment Consultant
, vei fi responsabil(ă) de interacțiunea directă cu familiile și de sprijinirea procesului de recrutare. Vei reprezenta agenția noastră, prezentând bonelor familiilor potrivite și asistând la interviurile organizate.

Responsabilități:

  • Prezentarea candidaților (bone/menajere) familiilor interesate.
  • Organizarea și asistarea la interviuri între familie și candidat.
  • Oferirea de suport și clarificări familiilor în timpul procesului de selecție.
  • Menținerea unei comunicări clare și profesioniste cu toate părțile implicate.

Profilul căutat:

  • Persoană sociabilă, empatică și atentă la detalii.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și prezentare.
  • Experiența în recrutare, HR, vânzări sau relații cu clienții constituie avantaj.
  • Disponibilitate de deplasare la domiciliul familiilor.
  • Atitudine proactivă și orientată spre rezultate.
  • Limba engleza nivel conversational.

  • Colaborare pe bază de comision.
  • Remunerație:
    17% din comisionul agenției pentru fiecare contract semnat între familie și bonă.
