What you will do


•    Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Internal Services colleagues, Talent Management, Compensation team, Onboarding Team, Communications team and more) to help Hiring Managers identify, attract and hire the talent required to support the current and future business goals and strategy;

•    Contribute to future-oriented talent attraction solutions while learning and further developing your skills in a dynamic and team-oriented environment;

•    Help build and foster an attractive employer brand as well as support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and measures applicable to the recruitment process;

•    Manage the recruiting process and ensure an excellent candidate experience for internal and external candidates of all levels of professional seniority

•    Act as internal advisor / consultant for the hiring manager on recruiting topics: talent attraction and recruitment strategies, detailed job requisitions and a consistent hiring process

•    Define, monitor, and steer, together with internal stakeholders, the recruiting process through constant collaboration and communication 

•    Moderate Kick-off, Briefing and Review Meetings with hiring managers and/or other internal stakeholders

•    Contribute to/participate in strategic topics in the field of Recruitment based on the companies' priorities

•    Lead and conduct pre-screening and behavioral-based interviews 

•    Ensure that the recruitment process steps are compliant with functional rules and policies

•    Ensure timely background checks and data accuracy 

•    Manage the relationship with both internal and third party/external vendors, such as Active Sourcing and Head Hunter services 

•    Manage administration tasks, including offer presentation and negotiation, collecting and preparing the necessary documents for offer validation or contract creation, updating systems, trackers and internal stakeholders, acting as single point of contact for candidates until their start dat

What you bring


•    5+ years of working experience in human resources/people experience function, preferably in recruiting for professional, regional and global roles and/or any customer-facing roles, ideally in an international environment

•    University Degree in a relevant field of activity or relevant work experience

•    Experience in driving recruiting strategies and/or recruiting initiatives

•    Experience in relationship management and ability to partner closely with hiring managers in different countries

•    Strong customer focused attitude with the ability to prioritize for the long-term benefit of the company

•    Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus

•    Experience in project management and process design is a plus- you will be joining an organization who values your ideas and will help you implement those in line with our strategy

•    Excellent MS-Office skills, experience with Phenom, SuccessFactors and/or other applicant tracking systems is a plu
