• Leading or supporting existing workstreams within the Oracle HCM suite during implementation projects.
• Aligning with the project implementation methodology and overall project management framework to deliver best-practice HR processes and configurations.
• Collaborating cross-functionally within the project team and effectively leading and guiding customers throughout the implementation.
• Working towards and aligning with overarching project goals and objectives.

We are looking for a professional with strong knowledge of Oracle HCM processes and configuration, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in:

• Talent & Performance (mandatory)

• Learning
• Absence & Time Tracking

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
