Recruitment Consultant All Business

The People team leverages the knowledge, skills, and potential of eMAG colleagues to become the largest online retailer in Central and Eastern Europe.

Named HR in other companies, eMAG's People team ensures that, as the business grows rapidly, eMAG remains an entrepreneurial and agile organization where everyone feels they have the opportunity to do things with impact and have a growth prospect.

What you'll have to do:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial applicant sourcing, direct-search, screening, qualification assessments (hard-skills and soft-skills), interviews and offers.
  • In charge with identifying and sourcing top talent across multiple functions and job levels for roles across all Business Units from All Business areas ( e.g. Commercial / Sales) for eMAG.
  • Partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify key requirements for each requisition, target companies & candidates to reach out to, develop recruitment strategies according to their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, through various channels by utilizing LinkedIn, specialized job boards, social networks, referrals, career events, networking initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement process (if case).
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers and provide feedback.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
  • In-depth understanding of the business and current projects and challenges.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities.

What makes you a good fit:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of working in a recruitment department.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of acting as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role.
  • A great networker, having out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of roles & department.
  • Skilled in project management, organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, multi-task, and meet an accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines.
  • Ability to work in fast rhythm with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative and solving problems.
