Our client is a leading technology distributor with over 20 years of experience in smartphones, accessories, gadgets, professional displays, and household appliances. In Romania, it manages the accessories outsourcing operations for a large telecom retail network nationwide, including selection, forecasting, product placement, training, merchandising, planograms, and overall category management.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Stock Management Specialist to ensure accurate inventory control, optimal stock levels, and product availability across warehouse and retail networks. The role involves close collaboration with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams, as well as contributing with data-driven insights to improve forecasting and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels;
  • Conduct stock audits and resolve discrepancies;
  • Confirm defective products for supplier returns;
  • Produce monthly stock reports;
  • Retail Store Monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions;
  • Warehouse Management;
  • Oversee inbound/outbound warehouse orders and receptions;
  • Validate returns and manage discrepancies.
  • Identify process improvements in inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken);
  • 3+ years in inventory or stock management;
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems;
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Hands-on approach, timely escalation, and responsibility in critical situations;
  • Effective communicator and team player;
  • Curious, accountable, customer-oriented, with a drive for results.
