Operations Specialist (Romania)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruits sales staff.
  • Organizes and monitors the proper preparation of HR documents.
  • Organizes document management activities in the region.
  • Maintains the timekeeping records of regional office employees.
  • Oversees the preparation and compliance with annual vacation schedules of employees in the region.
  • Monitors and keeps records of medical examinations of employees in the region.
  • Monitors and orders office supplies and consumables for the region's units in a timely manner.
  • Monitors compliance with sanitary conditions in stores, in line with company standards; conducts store inspections in the region using checklists.
  • Oversees the adaptation period and probation period of employees in the region.
  • During the Procurement Manager's vacation, sick leave, or certain days off, takes over the responsibilities of managing and forming the product stocks of the region's stores.
  • Executes other duties and instructions given by the superior, within the scope of his/her competence and specialization
  • Complies with business ethics standards and maintains a correct and friendly communication style with colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with documents.
  • Confident PC user (Office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook email).
  • Proficient oral and written communication (Romanian, Ukrainian/Russian).
