Supply Chain Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Zentiva, you will play a key role in driving smooth, end-to-end Supply Chain operations – from forecasting and demand management to customer service – across our dedicated Distributor Markets. You will ensure that our medicines reach the right people, at the right time, by orchestrating the full chain of activities with precision and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Forecast management: creation and validation of forecasts in close cooperation with commercial teams (monthly demand review, sales opportunities) based on sales in and sales out analysis.
• Product portfolio demand planning review with planners from different manufacturing sites (Prague, Bucharest, EMGX).
• Stock management (SST, SLA, MOQ and batches quantities, slow moving stock, destructions, provisions calculation, MPI review for Alerts/00S).
• New products launches support, in cooperation with teams like central launch management, commercial, Regulatory, AW development, quality. Managing sourcing cases and ZMIDs creation, as well as systems setup.
• Ensuring appropriate connections and information towards the key stakeholders (customers, internal teams).
• Customer service weekly operations (order processing, delivery, invoicing, communication with DC, returns and claim management).
• Develop good relationship with customers-wholesalers.
• Weekly and monthly reporting activities in various fields such as sales, stock, claims, returns, reporting to health authorities.
• Activities analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Master data management for markets (product lifecycle management, customers), ensuring quantitative and qualitative objectives and priorities (for our dedicated markets) following the indicators assessed by global Supply chain head.
• Budget preparation with commercial and controlling teams within BOARD application LE2 2019 / BU 2020 / LRP
• Project management for new territories, involved in all SC and CS related topics.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

• University Degree in Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field; preference: pharmaceutical industry/generics or FMCG.
• Strong logistics, supply, and demand competencies with a customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; hands-on experience with SC management software (forecasting tools, SAP modules).
• Ability to work transversally with multiple teams (commercial, global SC, RA, quality, etc.).
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• A true team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a matrix and complex environment.
• Recognized for organizational skills, accuracy, and precision.
