Payroll Specialist

Ne dorim sa ai:

  • Minimum 4 ani de experienta in salarizare, intr-un mediu cu peste 500 de angajati si activitati de volum (preferabil in companii de consultanta);
  • Cunostinte solide de operare a pachetului MS Office, in special Excel;
  • Capacitatea de a interpreta si aplica corect legislatia muncii si salarizarea din Romania;
  • Experienta in utilizarea unui soft de calcul salarial;
  • Studii superioare finalizate (licenta);
  • Curs de Inspector Resurse Umane / Salarii – un avantaj apreciat;
  • Atitudine pozitiva si proactiva, orientata spre solutii;
  • Abilitati de comunicare, organizare, responsabilitate, atentie la detalii si un spirit analitic bine dezvoltat.

Activitatea presupune:

  • Calculul drepturilor salariale in aplicatia SAL - , conform pontajului, clauzelor negociate, politicii companiei si legislatiei in vigoare;
  • Operarea popririilor si retinerilor pe statele de plata, in baza hotararilor judecatoresti;
  • Intocmirea cu acuratete a statelor de plata si respectarea termenelor;
  • Intocmirea si depunerea declaratiilor lunare catre institutiile de stat, in conformitate cu termenele si prevederile legale;
  • Intocmirea situatiei pentru plata salariilor si transmiterea corecta si la timp catre departamentul de Contabilitate;
  • Realizarea si livrarea rapoartelor specifice domeniului, la cerere sau conform calendarului intern.
