Role Overview

We are seeking a
self-driven, highly skilled SEO & AI Optimization Specialist
who can independently manage a portfolio of clients and
own their growth strategy end-to-end, is a team player and wants to be part of shaping our agencies future growth part.

You will be responsible for
technical audits, growth roadmaps, content strategies, AI-visibility optimization, and performance reporting
across diverse industries and geographies, including questioning and engineering other workflows.

Clients can range from:

• Mid-sized companies
  with ambitious growth goals
• Funded start-ups
  seeking aggressive visibility and traction
• Market leaders in duopoly situations
  where precision SEO defines competitive advantage

This is not a junior role. We expect you to bring
strategic thinking, technical mastery, and execution excellence
— while constantly keeping up to date with latest developments and pushing AI to its boundaries.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategies

2. Develop tailored
   SEO growth strategies
   based on each client's business model, audience, and KPIs.

3. Integrate
   AI-driven insights
   into strategies: optimizing for
   AI Overviews, chat-based search, and LLM-driven engines
   .
4. Conduct
   competitive gap analyses
   for industries where small visibility shifts create huge revenue swings.
5. Collaborate with account managers, content specialists, and PPC teams for cross-channel growth impact.

2. Technical Audits

• Perform
  deep technical audits
  (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, etc.).
• Identify and prioritize
  high-impact fixes
  with clear action plans.
• Work closely with developers to ensure flawless
  implementation and validation
  .

3. AIOptimization and Automation

• Track performance across
  Google AI Overviews, SGE, Gemini, Perplexity, and ChatGPT
  .
• Implement structured data, FAQs, and optimized content designed to
  win AI-driven surfaces
  .
• Lead innovation in
  Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
  strategies.
• Develop ai and automated workflows

4. Client Management and Execution

• Take full ownership of
  3–6 client accounts
  depending on complexity.
• Present findings and strategies to C-level stakeholders in a
  clear, data-driven, and persuasive
  way.
• Proactively identify
  upsell opportunities
  and collaborate with the sales team on proposals.

5. Reporting and Insight

• Build and maintain dashboards in
  Looker Studio / GA4
  to visualize KPIs and ROI.
• Continuously analyze organic and AI-driven visibility trends.
• Present
  clear, actionable reports
  to clients — focusing on growth, not vanity metrics.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  , ideally in an agency or consultancy setting
• Proven success managing
  mid- to high-budget SEO campaigns
  (€3K–€20K/month)
• Strong understanding of
  AI-driven search evolution
  and its impact on rankings & visibility
• Expertise in
  technical SEO
  , including JavaScript SEO, CWV, schema markup, log analysis, and site migrations
• Proficiency with tools:
• Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sistrix, Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio and possibly any other SEO tool without the need of being specifically schooled
• Familiarity with
  AI-visibility trackers
  (e.g., , Perplexity Insights, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent client-facing skills: able to
  translate complex data into clear narratives
• Strong written and spoken English (German or other EU languages are a plus)

Nice To-Have

• Experience with
  AI content generation frameworks
  and
  LLM-based optimization strategies
• Exposure to
  international SEO
  (multi-language, multi-market campaigns)
• Familiarity with
  PPC, CRO, and analytics-driven growth funnels
• Previous work on
  enterprise-level accounts
  or highly competitive industries
