Client Executive.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing their insurance portfolios and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their career within a multinational organization, supported by continuous training and a clear career progression path. This role will be based in Bucharest. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Manages a portfolio of clients and provides quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in compliance with Marsh's standards and procedures
- Answering client's requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
- Solve problems regarding client account issues & ensures that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
- Participates in client and prospect meetings
- Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
What you need to have:
- At least 2 years experience in Insurance/Brokerage, experience in Corporate Insurance would be a valuable addition
- Bachelor Degree in Business
- Fluent Romanian, English (Intermediate level is must to have)
- Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel must)
- Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking, problem solver, attention to details, organized, with a good self-discipline, with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines
- Team spirit, willing to learn new things, persuasive, proactive
