Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Aftermarket Sales Engineer
to support our client's Aggregates business in Romania. The role focuses on
Aftermarket sales
for customers in the aggregates industry (quarries, sand and gravel plants, mineral processing). It combines technical expertise with commercial development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell aftermarket solutions: spare parts, services, maintenance and modernization packages.
- Conduct regular client visits across the assigned region (more than 50% field activity).
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and follow up on offers and contracts until completion.
- Provide periodic sales reports and market insights to regional management.
Candidate Profile
- Technical university degree (preferably Mechanical, Mining or Construction Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial equipment, construction machinery, or building materials sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel across the country.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Driving license category B.
