Field Sales Engineer – Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) Process Industry

We're now looking for a passionate and self-motivated Field Sales Engineer to join our Energy Division, where you'll take the lead in driving sales growth of Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) across Romania.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for GPHE solutions within the Romanian market within Process industry
  • Build strong partnerships with existing customers, while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer visits (industrial and public sector) to assess needs, provide expert advice, and propose tailored solutions
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and digital tools to ensure transparency and effective decision-making
  • Deliver against sales targets and contribute to the growth of Alfa Laval's footprint in the region

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in field sales, ideally in industrial, technical, or engineering sectors
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Romania
  • Fluency in Romanian and solid command of English
