Position Summary:

Generate creative solutions and innovative ideas to promote the Totogaming brand and products, while overseeing the quality of ongoing work and final deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of creative campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of multimedia content (photo/video) for the website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Develop and refine the brand identity and visual language by introducing innovative solutions aimed at enhancing brand recognition.
  • Design and implement creative content strategies for social media to maximize engagement and relevance.
  • Serve as a key creative voice during campaigns and events, ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand representation.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitive research to inform creative strategy in both local and international contexts.
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Proactively identify and present new creative opportunities, campaign concepts, or brand innovations to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Creative Marketing Department in planning, budgeting, and reporting processes related to creative initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Creative Marketing within the scope of this role.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Languages: fluency in both Romanian and English
  • Software Proficiency: MS Office, Photoshop, any video editing software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
