To achieve this, we are looking for a Content & Thought Leadership Specialist to power our storytelling engine, shaping RebelDot's global voice through flagship reports, case studies, and executive-level content.

About the Role:

As Content & Thought Leadership Specialist, you will be the architect of RebelDot's storytelling, balancing flagship thought leadership pieces (reports, case studies, analyst materials) with the creation of everyday marketing collateral that enables sales and brand campaigns. You will ensure consistency across all content touchpoints, from stakeholders LinkedIn articles to event presentations and ad copy, always reinforcing RebelDot's identity as a consulting-first, innovation partner.

You might be our missing piece if you have:

  • years of work experience in content or related roles, preferably at technology companies.
  • Proven experience creating authoritative and engaging content, different audiences and platforms.
  • Confident writing across formats: long-form (reports, case studies) and short-form (ads, one-pagers, landing pages, newsletters).
  • Experience ghostwriting for senior executives in thought leadership contexts.
  • Ability to synthesize technical inputs (AI/Data projects, sustainability initiatives) into business storytelling with measurable impact.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to create highly efficient processes for content production and reuse.
  • Attention to detail and appreciation for standards: you value quality and accuracy but can adapt quickly when the need arises.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a relevant discipline.

We will be working together on:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business goals, SEO and brand.
  • Manage our content calendar end to end, ensuring content is efficiently produced with minimum friction and process clarity.
  • Identify content gaps and propose new assets to support awareness and conversion.
  • Take ownership of the RebelDot collaterals, ensuring case studies, tailored presentations, and other reusable assets are kept up to date and aligned with positioning.

Thought Leadership & Storytelling

  • Write and edit a variety of content formats: presentations, capability decks, flagship reports, whitepapers, blog articles, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, campaign copy, and event/webinar copy.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts across technical teams to extract relevant insights and transform them into engaging content.
  • Update and improve web content based on new campaigns, messaging priorities, and performance data.
  • Ghostwrite content for executives (LinkedIn, bylines, op-eds).
  • Create and maintain Analyst Briefing Decks and supporting content (RFP-ready fact sheets, one-pagers).
  • Ensure all content aligns with RebelDot's brand voice, tone, and messaging.

Content Distribution & Performance

  • Collaborate with the team to publish and promote content across relevant channels.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and adjust approach accordingly.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for digital visibility 

SEO & Messaging Consistency

  • Implement and evolve SEO best practices for B2B content, including topic clusters, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization.
  • Maintain consistency in editorial standards, brand tone, and message hierarchy across all content touchpoints.
  • Work with EB Specialist to ensure content tone consistency both externally (enterprise) and internally (culture/talent).
