You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Leading product training content development with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Overseeing translation, localization, and updates across digital platforms to expand reach
• Managing training invitations, audience data, and reporting to improve learning experiences
• Supporting dealer training and integrating new product content into launch campaigns
• Driving marketing and communications projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met
• Collaborating across teams to design initiatives and ensure alignment
• Evaluating program performance and refining tactics based on engagement insights
• Playing a key role in campaign success through strategic thinking and execution

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, project management, or related roles
• Proven experience managing complex, high-priority projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience in international or multi-market environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong communications expertise, including content strategy, messaging, storytelling, content creation and multi-channel delivery
• Experience developing and executing communication plans for campaigns, launches, initiatives, programs or services
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, from planning and resource allocation to execution and evaluation
• Strategic mindset with a focus on actionable outcomes
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in French or German is a plus
