General Information:

Within our Process Methods and Tools organization, we are looking for a method and tool developer for Requirements Management (Standard and AI supported methods). You will play a key role in shaping, streamlining, and enhancing Requirements Management practices (Standard and AI supported) and tool-supported methodologies, while also tailoring our tools and driving continuous improvement of engineering processes throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, priorization of our internal customer demands against our Requirements management methods and tools.
• Contribution to the method, tool and workflow development as a basis for our continuous improvement of the Requirements Management process.
• Defining content and configurations of Requirements Management Tool template.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO29148, Automotive SPICE, ...).

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, automotive engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Deep knowledge of Requirements Management processes, methods, and standards (Automotive SPICE and ISO29148).
• Proven experience in the field of Requirements Management or Requirements Engineering.
• Knowledge on Systems Engineering, Change Management or Test Management would be an added value.
• Experience in designing or customizing tool workflows.
• Knowledge in AI supported requirements elicitation.
• Willingness to work in a team within an international organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
