The Messaging & Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing our enterprise messaging infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and online), hybrid identity integration, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. This role is critical in ensuring secure, reliable, and user-centric communication services across a global organization.

What you can expect from us
Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online in hybrid environments.
  • Support mail flow, connectors, hybrid configurations, and Exchange Online.
  • Collaborate with identity and security teams to ensure seamless integration with Azure AD and hybrid identity (AAD Connect, SSO, MFA).
  • Troubleshoot complex messaging issues and provide expert-level support to end users and IT teams.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure high levels of user satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and best practices.

What we expect from you
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments (on-prem and online).
  • Strong understanding of hybrid identity, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-203, MS-102, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate) are a plus.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential due to the international context.
