About the Role – Pre-Sales Engineer (Channel):

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to work closely with our channel team to promote our products, support customer visits, deliver technical presentations, and assist with small to medium-sized project designs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to understand their needs and promote Dahua products and solutions
  • Collaborate with the channel team to design tailored solutions, perform product selection, and resolve technical issues
  • Lead roadshows and technical trainings
  • Prepare technical documentation such as training materials, solution guides, etc.
  • Support customers with day-to-day technical challenges and problem-solving

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry

Excellent communication and customer presentation skills

Proven experience in delivering product presentations or trainings

Solid technical knowledge in the field of video surveillance/security systems

Innovative mindset with a results-driven attitude

English: at least intermediate level (speaking and writing)
