The role:

We're looking for a
Mid Level Java Backend Developer in Brasov
with microservices experience, eager to grow into SAP CX (Commerce Cloud) development.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Java microservices using
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Work on
    integration projects
    with SAP CX (Hybris/Commerce Cloud) and related systems.
  • Ensure system reliability through
    distributed architectures
    and messaging solutions (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, architects) on international e-commerce projects.
  • Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    and maintain high-quality coding standards.
  • Support the adoption of
    cloud-native practices
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Continuously
    learn and adapt
    to SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.

And you?

  • 3+ years of experience
    in Java backend development.
  • Solid knowledge of
    Spring Boot
    and
    REST API
    design.
  • Strong understanding of
    relational databases
    (SQL).
  • Experience with
    microservices architecture
    and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with
    messaging systems
    (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
  • Ability to write
    clean, maintainable, and testable code
    .
  • Good understanding of
    software integration patterns
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a
    collaborative, international environment
    .
  • English proficiency (written & spoken).
