Category Sales Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Category Sales Manager
to join our
EE BUZZ team
. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market share within your product category — shaping the assortment, strategy, and customer experience for one of the most vibrant lifestyle concepts in sports retail.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive category sales strategies for the BUZZ concept to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and capture emerging trends in the sports and streetwear market.
  • Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to curate a compelling product assortment that aligns with customer preferences, brand positioning, and seasonal trends.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate category performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product mix and profitability.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and product launches to drive engagement and traffic in stores.
  • Define and implement competitive pricing strategies while ensuring margin optimization and market relevance.
  • Partner with merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class product presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Work closely with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Stay on top of customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and keep the BUZZ concept ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and store management to ensure flawless execution of category strategies across all channels.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail sales management, ideally within the sports or lifestyle retail industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
