Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent Spanish-speaking Payroll Specialist to join our EMEIA Payroll team. This role will focus on supporting the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for Spain, ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end processing of monthly payrolls for Spain in collaboration with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Validate payroll inputs and outputs, including new hires, terminations, variable pay, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and payslips in Spanish.
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure data integrity and process alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
