Job Description

  • Administrative activities (e.g. recording and tracking data in files);
  • Generates and updates specific reports;
  • Responsible for creating and verifying orders placed by customers/employees;
  • Maintains constant contact with customers by phone or email and fulfills all customer requests;
  • Involvement in different projects;
  • Overall support in other administrative activities;

Qualifications

  • Background in Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field (final year/masters);
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Good English skills (written & spoken);
  • Experience with databases, reports;
  • Full-time availability (8h/day).
