The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, scheduling.

Your role:

  • RFQ activity and QCDP
  • Meetings with the project members and the suppliers, different stakeholders
  • Supervising the execution of the project in accordance with the established contractual terms (ensure the compliance of schedules and deliverables)
  • Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances
  • Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment
  • Uses knowledge of best practices and how equipment schedule integrates with other source systems to solve issues as they arise

If you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point)
  • Power BI / MS Project / PP6 / Jira knowledge is nice to have
  • English (B2/C1) / French Speaker (B1+)
