Business Development Manager
cu profil hibrid –
tehnic și comercial
– care să contribuie la dezvoltarea portofoliului nostru de parteneriate și la extinderea prezenței pe piața construcțiilor, infrastructurii și industriei.

Responsabilități principale

  • Dezvoltarea și consolidarea relațiilor de afaceri cu distribuitori, firme de construcții, primării, firme de salubritate și clienți industriali.
  • Identificarea și valorificarea oportunităților de piață (proiecte de infrastructură, programe europene, parteneriate locale).
  • Participarea activă la târguri, expoziții și întâlniri de business.
  • Oferirea de consultanță tehnică și comercială clienților, inclusiv vizite pe teren și evaluarea nevoilor specifice.
  • Promovarea produselor din fibră de sticlă și comunicarea avantajelor tehnice și economice față de alternative.
  • Respectarea normativelor și legislației aplicabile (standardele de mediu și reglementările pentru instalații).

Cerințe

  • Studii tehnice (inginerie, mecanică, construcții) combinate cu experiență în vânzări B2B.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, negociere și networking.
  • Cunoștințe despre procese de producție și avantajele materialelor compozite.
  • Disponibilitate pentru deplasări pe teren și interacțiune directă cu parteneri și autorități.
  • Spirit proactiv, orientat spre rezultate și etică profesională.
