We are actively seeking highly experienced Business Development Professionals to join our Road Freight Forwarding team, in Olteni, Romania.

As a Business Development Professional, you will actively seek out and engage customer experience and portfolio growth domestically (within Greece), internationally, or a combination of both. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing customized solutions for clients in cooperation

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Cooperation in developing customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the road transportation field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good business writing and verbal skills both in Greek and English.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, preferably in the Road Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Logistics industry, depending on seniority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Road Freight management software (e.g. ORIAN).
  • Valid driver's license.
