Job Responsibilities
Responsabilitati:

  • Activitati privind contabilitatea stocurilor (piese de schimb, core/buy-back) si activitati conexe (tranfer piese de schimb intre branch-uri, evidenta extracontabila core/buy-back, delivery remark, operare rezultate inventar piese de schimb, documentatie scrapping piese de schimb, evidenta extracontabila cont clearing account piese de schimb);
  • Documentarea tranzacţiilor financiare prin introducerea informaţiilor contabile;
  • Colectarea si monitorizarea datelor financiare (de ex. venituri din vânzări, cheltuieli);
  • Analizarea datelor, investigarea variaţiilor, rezumarea datelor, informaţiilor şi tendinţelor;
  • Monitorizarea şi raportarea discrepanţelor din contabilitate prin reconcilierea conturilor contabile, confirmari de sold;
  • Furnizarea de consiliere financiară prin studierea datelor operaţionale, aplicarea principiilor şi practicilor financiare, elaborarea de recomandări;
  • Pregatirea declaraţiilor lunare, trimestriale şi anuale (declaratie VIES, declaratie 394);
  • Contributie la pregătirea proceselor de închidere lunară şi anuală a conturilor, de inventariere a patrimoniului;
  • Contributie la organizarea şi efectuarea de audituri statutare si audituri interne;
  • Diverse activitati la cererea superiorului ierarhic.
