Financial Analyst

We are looking for an exceptional
Financial Analyst
to join our
Reporting Team
.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare PL, BS and CF for all companies within the Romanian Group;
• Analysing and reporting consolidated reports as actual, forecast, budget and long term plans;
• Prepare monthly or quarterly presentation for the main deviation versus budget for BS and PL;
• Quarterly presentation for Local and Group Management regarding financial figures;
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of main figures of monthly closing for all companies;
• Reporting financial and KPI figures at profit centers level;
• Directly involved in BI system reports development;
• Drive improvement in financial and operational processes through automation, standardization, systems and tools;
• Support for external auditor for yearly review.

Requirements and skills:

• Master / Bachelor's Degree in in finance/accounting or economics;
• At least 5 years experience in Controlling/Finance;
• Very good knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, reconciliations of accounts, reporting;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Pragmatic and responsible person, sociable person with team spirit;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Eagerness to learn, oriented towards improvement and continuous professional development.
