The Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with our commercial and operational departments as a key source of financial support. You'll be responsible for managing our budgeting and forecasting, creating helpful financial models, and turning complex data into clear information that helps other teams make sound decisions.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
• Drive the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts in partnership with commercial and operational leaders.
• Develop and maintain detailed
  SKU-level forecasts
  aligned with product lifecycle, promotional strategies, and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), identify root causes, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver timely and insightful monthly financial reporting packages (P&L, sales performance, margin analysis, OPEX tracking) for management.
• Financial Modeling & Business Casing
• Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate new product launches, channel expansion, and pricing strategies.
• Evaluate the
  financial impact and effectiveness of all marketing and medical promotion strategies
  , including detailing activities, specialist events, and engagement programs with healthcare professionals.
• Model and evaluate investment scenarios, CAPEX requests, and margin enhancement opportunities to ensure optimal capital allocation.
• Strategic & Operational Business Partnership
• Partner closely with the
  Supply Chain
  team to optimize inventory turnover, reduce waste, and improve working capital.
• Serve as a key financial voice during monthly business reviews, providing data-driven insights to challenge assumptions and guide planning.
• Support the preparation of board materials and investor updates with clear, concise financial narratives and analysis.

Who You Are (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of progressive experience
  in FP&A, corporate finance, or a highly analytical financial role.
• Strong command of accounting principles and the three financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
  (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (specifically Microsoft Dynamics is a strong asset).
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CPG industry is highly preferred.
• Advanced data visualization skills using tools like
  Power BI
  .
• Experience analyzing the effectiveness of sales force and marketing programs.
