What you'll do

In this role, you'll lead the Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting activities for VSOL TopCo and ServiceCo entities in the UK. You'll be at the heart of budget orchestration, financial governance, and strategic reporting, ensuring alignment with VOIS Finance principles. You'll drive transformation by championing zero-based budgeting and digital finance initiatives, while managing stakeholder relationships and supporting Group and VOIS-wide strategic projects. Your remit will also include overseeing Capex activities, delivering robust planning outputs, and contributing to high-impact board-level reporting. With a focus on innovation and performance insights, you'll help shape the future of finance across the organisation.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Lead the FP&A team for VSOL TopCo and VSOL ServiceCO entities

o Make sure that VOIS Finance governance and principles are applied across the VOIS UK entities

o Orchestrate budget planning & reporting activities for VOIS TopCo and ServiceCo, across full P&L, BS and CF; champion a ZBB culture and cost-conscious approach

o Foster innovative solutions and process improvements; support the digital agenda and finance transformation projects in collaboration with other functions and peers

  • Lead the end-to-end planning/reporting requirements and finance transformation of new scope of services moving from Group to VSOL UK entities and be responsible for managing stakeholders involved
  • Lead the Capex controlling team within FP&A and responsible for the management of Capex activities transferred from Group to VOIS (including D&IT Capex management)
  • Responsible for delivering robust Budget and LRP for VOIS UK entities and supporting tax requirements in relations to the UK entities' plan
  • Support VOIS Corporate finance team with cash flow forecasting for VSOL UK entities
  • Responsible for delivering high quality analysis around business performance, identifying issues, opportunities and actions
  • Accountable for VSOL ToPCo revenue and intercompany recovery planning and reporting requirements
  • Responsible for tracking the VSOL partnership Business Case and support any analysis in relation to the Business case
  • Accountable for VSOL partnership supplementary reporting requirements (incl revenue flow down tracking and reporting)
  • Support the Head of FP&A with delivering VSOL Board papers and inputs
  • Support in dealing with ad-hoc MIS requirements and queries from Group Stakeholders
  • Support automation projects necessary to provide the right planning system across VOIS

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • ACCA / CIMA qualification
  • Educated to degree level
  • Masters/MBA (desirable)
