Account Delivery Manager III / Customer Enablement Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an Account Delivery Manager / Customer Enablement Manager to join our EMEA Services team. In this role, you will be the key contact for sales teams and clients, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-value contracted services and managing customer e-catalogue operations across Europe. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and support strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for catalogue management, customer e-portal setup, and B2B solution consultancy.
- Deploy, structure, and maintain customer e-catalogues in line with sales and client requirements.
- Support sales teams with product offering design, pricing guidance, and deal setup (standard & simplified).
- Provide customized portal trainings and ensure efficient user access management.
- Collaborate with back-office teams and lead improvement opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, clients, and global operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing, operational, or technical support role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset, creativity, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate across multicultural teams and challenge the status quo.
- ITIL/ITSM knowledge is a plus.

Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
