The ESG Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the associated teams in accordance with business
strategy, while planning, implementing and monitoring the operational performance across the different
ESG processes and associated transversal initiatives.

Specifically, you will be required to:

Manage multiple teams covering several ESG business processes in backoffice banking operations;Define and monitor the performance objectives for the teams and secure their execution;Support in actions plans definition in case of KPIs deviation and act as decision maker in escalations management;Support business development activity on respective ESG perimeter; Manage strategic and operational meetings with clients;Forecast and budget definition/ follow-up;Active contribution to Continuous Improvement initiatives;Collaborate with Support Functions teams (Transition, Continuous Improvement, Quality,
Reporting, etc.) to support process optimization and diverses initiatives;Participate in business projects (transitions, implementation of IT platforms, process changes, etc.) and monitoring their deployment.Minimum  5 years of managerial experience with relevant exposure to large teams and ESG
processes (leading teams of +50 employees and/or account management role is a plus);Experience in project management/ process improvement / and / or transition of business processes;Experience  in client engagement (account management, relationship with stakeholders on client side, responsibility on business reviews, budget management, etc.);Good command of French (min. B2);Effective interpersonal skills in an multicultural environment;Motivated by dynamic business environment.
