We are looking for a
Senior Business System Analyst
to join the Delivery Unit responsible for solutions dedicated to Private Individual customers, both in physical branches and through digital channels such as Smart Mobile. The main mission of this unit is to support the business strategy of building a digital bank with a human touch.

A primary focus is the development of end-to-end solutions that connect branch colleagues with customers through tablet/iPad-based applications, ensuring that all solutions are mobile-ready, user-friendly, and accessible remotely. To strengthen the team, we are seeking a skilled and motivated analyst who will contribute to the design and delivery of highly interactive, digital customer-facing services.

The role involves close collaboration with solution architects, developers, QAs, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the enhancement of digital services for customer use
  • Collaborate with business lines to clarify requirements and assess feasibility, benefits, and risks
  • Analyze the impact of requirements on existing systems and the overall IT environment
  • Provide effort estimates for analysis activities
  • Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
  • Participate in solution design and support development, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain and update specifications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide post-implementation support during system stabilization
  • Conduct functional and gap analysis during application acquisition (RfPs)
  • Contribute to innovative initiatives beyond the standard scope

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in business & systems analysis
  • Hands-on experience with systems integration, including API design (REST, SOAP) and end-to-end connectivity between heterogeneous systems
  • Proficiency with at least one SQL dialect (T-SQL, PL/SQL, DB2 SQL) or NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra)
  • Strong skills in visual modelling techniques (UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts), particularly for integration architectures and data flows
  • Previous experience with Customer Interaction projects (medium term) is mandatory
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and testing API integrations, including API management and monitoring tools
  • Good command of English

  • Experience with banking software, processes and products
  • Familiarity with application servers, integrations and databases
  • Previous exposure to Agile methodologies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, solution-oriented with innovative ideas
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and work effectively in a team
