What we're looking for

As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will take full ownership of RPA development, and deliver expected solutions at a high quality. All development takes place within a framework of predefined requirements and standards, and your input towards continuously improving our methodology would also be important.

What you'll be doing

• Develop RPA robots for business teams, actively participating in all phases of automation development, from analysis to maintenance.
• Keep the project manager informed of the progress and status of your development efforts.
• Follow best practices and adhere to our internal framework for handling both Business and Technical exceptions.
• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations.
• Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions to address them.
• Document your work thoroughly and maintain comprehensive records.
• Maintain and update automations to align with evolving business processes.

What you need to know/have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA
  , particularly within an international environment.
• Solid understanding of IT security concepts in the context of production environments.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new software systems is essential.
• General understanding of networking within enterprise infrastructures.
• Expertise in RPA methodology, with comprehensive knowledge of automation tools.
• Mandatory completion of the following UiPath trainings: Advanced Developer, Orchestrator, RPA Infrastructure, and Licensing.
• Official UiPath Developer certification is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the .NET Framework is a plus.
• Experience with various scripting languages (e.g., VBA, PowerShell, Python) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Web Development is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and operational environment.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage tasks independently.
• Proactive, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong team player with a self-starting attitude.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with developers, solution architects, clients, business consultants, and project managers in a multicultural environment.
