We are looking for a passionate Junior Process Analyst (entry level) to join our client's team and drive the digital transformation of administrative processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the coordination of Process Mining and/or RPA projects, including project planning, documentation and communication with stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with Process Experts and team members to collect and analyze data related to business processes;
  • Providing support for the identification and documentation of process improvement opportunities and automation requirements;
  • Maintaining project materials such as documentation, dashboards, analysis reports, and a SharePoint site to ensure organized and accessible documentation and resources;
  • Participating in solution design activities under the guidance of senior team members;
  • Contributing to internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing sessions, best practice documentation and development of internal tools/ templates.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in the faculty of Cybernetics, Business Administration and Information Systems, with exposure to RPA and the UiPath platform;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365 - especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Experience or interest in using SharePoint in content management and team collaboration.
