About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to assist with projects that improve website performance for our eCommerce stores and marketplaces, as well as support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on digital projects, collaborating with multiple teams, and learning about project management in a fast-paced environment. You will support senior team members in planning, tracking, and delivering projects that enhance our online operations.

Tasks
  • Assist in coordinating tasks for eCommerce and RPA projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Help track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Support onboarding processes for new marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Work with developers and process owners to help identify automation opportunities and monitor progress.
  • Assist in preparing performance dashboards and reports.
  • Help maintain project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and status updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Some experience or strong interest in project coordination, eCommerce, or process improvement (internships count).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or similar tools; familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
