Descrierea jobului

Studiaza, analizeaza si asimileaza documentatia de proiectare inainte de inceperea lucrarilor

Planifica si pregateste executia lucrarilor impreuna cu DO si DT Preia santierul (participa la predarea – primirea amplasamentului, verifica situatia in teren, realizeaza masuratori preliminare, evidentiaza eventualele probleme tehnice)

Coordoneaza si participa activ la realizarea OS Intocmeste/verifica/valideaza necesarele de aprovizionare si raspunde pentru aprovizionarea judicioasa a santierului

Verifica si valideaza specificatiile tehnice pentru materiale si echipamente

Solicita motivat si utilizeaza rational resursele proiectului (materiale, utilaje, forta de munca)

Organizeaza si coordoneaza activitatile zilnice in santier ale echipelor proprii si/sau subcontractori cu respectarea termenelor de executie planificate

Intocmeste raportul saptamanal de productie

Raspunde de calitatea lucrarilor executate, de respectarea documentatie de proiectare si a graficului de executie Intocmeste/verifica listele de masuratori aferente lucrarilor executate

Verifica dpdv calitativ si cantitativ lucrarile subcontractorilor si aproba SL-urile acestora

Intocmeste si actualizeaza lista unica de probleme a proiectului

Gestioneaza schimbarile scopului proiectului si intocmeste cererile de schimbare

Pregateste si participa la receptii pe faze determinante, receptia la terminarea lucrarilor si finala, inclusiv receptia lucrarilor subcontractantilor

Participa activ si furnizeaza toate informatiile si documentele relevante intocmirii Cartii Tehnice a Constructiei

Supravegheaza permanent desfasurarea lucrarilor de executie si raspunde de respectarea legislatiei referitoare la SSM, PSI si mediu

Reprezinta interesele companiei in santier si relationeaza in limita atributiilor si competentelor cu toate partile interesate din proiect (beneficiar, diriginte, autoritati, subcontractori, furnizori, echipe proprii s.a.)

Gestioneaza eliberarea santierului, returnarea materialelor in exces, demobilizare si readucerea terenului afectat de OS la starea initiala
