Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Engineer, located in Bucharest, Romania. The Construction Engineer will manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Construction Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Project management and site management skills
  • Expertise in architecture, structural engineering, and MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
  • Competence in structural consolidation and rehabilitation works
  • Skills in cost control, value engineering, and scheduling
  • Technical consulting and project monitoring abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
  • Experience with construction software and tools
  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional certification, such as PMP, is advantageous
