Job Description:

  • Reviewing project requirements, technical specifications and drawings, obtaining required details
  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity surveys or checking quantity requirements
  • Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time
  • Finding suppliers and communicating in accordance with project requirements and obtaining offers and required information for tenders
  • Comparing and analyzing multiple offers from different suppliers, preparing comparison charts, keeping record and archiving
  • Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project
  • Preparing preliminary work schedules for tenders.

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Graduated from related engineering departments of universities (Civil Engineering or Architecture or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with suppliers
  • Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works
  • Able to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, drawings
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
