Responsabilități principale:
- Identificarea precisă a nevoilor clienților printr-o abordare consultativă și prezentarea produselor relevante din portofoliul nostru pe baza analizei nevoilor.
- Dezvoltarea și implementarea strategiilor pentru conturile alocate, în vederea îndeplinirii obiectivelor de vânzări și a generării creșterii veniturilor.
- Construirea și menținerea unor relații solide cu clienții, înțelegând nevoile și obiectivele acestora pentru a oferi soluții personalizate.
- Colaborarea cu echipele interne pentru a asigura livrarea cu succes a proiectelor și serviciilor, acționând ca principal punct de contact pentru clienți.
- Pregătirea rapoartelor periodice privind performanța conturilor, previziunile de vânzări și feedback-ul clienților pentru a sprijini deciziile manageriale.
- Coordonarea negocierilor contractelor și acordurilor de servicii, asigurând condiții favorabile atât pentru client, cât și pentru companie.
Cerințe:
- Educație: Studii superioare (nivel licență);
- Experiență profesională: Minim 3 ani într-un rol similar de vânzări directe B2B în domeniul IT&C;
- Networking solid, abilitatea de Dezvoltare a portofoliului de clienți potențiali;
- Cunoștințe tehnice în soluții IT&C (certificările tehnice reprezintă un avantaj);
- Demonstrarea unei gândiri strategice și a unei înțelegeri solide a pieței și ecosistemului IT&C;
- Capacitatea de a identifica și construi nevoi de soluții în cadrul portofoliului unui potențial client;
- Limba engleză: Nivel avansat;
- Permis de conducere categoria B.
