Profilul căutat:

  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, negociere și relaționare interpersonală
    ;
  • Organizat și orientat spre performanță
    – Te descurci bine în gestionarea activităților individuale;
  • Experiență relevantă
    ca Account Manager, Key Account Manager sau roluri similare;
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză
    (conversațional) și
    abilități PC
    (Internet, MsOffice);
  • Permis de conducere categoria B
    – Mobilitate pentru întâlniri ocazionale cu clienții;
  • Orientare către rezultate și performanță
    – atât individuală, cât și la nivel de echipă.

Responsabilitățile tale:

  • Identifici și gestionezi clienții
    – Persoane juridice, creând și consolidând relații pe termen lung;
  • Dezvolți portofoliul de clienți
    – Contribui la creșterea bazei de clienți și identifici noi oportunități de business;
  • Promovezi imaginea MedLife
    – Menții relații pozitive cu clienții și reprezint compania cu profesionalism;
  • Îndeplinești targeturile
    – Atingi obiectivele lunare și anuale de vânzări și colaborezi strâns cu echipa;
  • Comunici constant progresul
    către stakeholderii interni și răspunzi cerințelor clienților;
  • Pregătești rapoarte
    pe starea conturilor, prognoze și rezultatele trimestriale pentru o vizibilitate clară a progresului.
