HR Transformation Deployment

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR transformation in assigned countries.
  • Ensure alignment of local implementation with global HR process design and strategy.
  • Coordinate with local HR teams to assess readiness, manage change, and support deployment activities.

Process Expertise & Localization

  • Provide subject matter expertise on global end-to-end HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, payroll, talent management), as defined in our HR Service catalog.
  • Identify local legal, cultural, or operational requirements and ensure compliant localization of global processes.
  • Support gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge global standards with local needs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with country HR leads, Shared Services, IT, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and feedback to the global transformation team.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track implementation progress, KPIs, and user feedback.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice documentation across countries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HR operations, process improvement, or transformation roles, preferably in a multinational environment.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of global HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills.
  • Project management and change management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
