If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

  • Partner with Operational and Support Function teams, to develop and implement our HR policies and practices, to support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Responsible for Recruitment and Onboarding Processes in the areas of responsibility.
  • Partner with Management Team on Performance Management and Employee Development goals.
  • Provides HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Participates in the continual development of HR programs, such as Recruitment and Selection, Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Learning & Development.

and if you have/are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Law, Psychology or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the various HR functional areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High integrity/will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values.
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.
  • Proficient in English, with effective communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and intercultural skills, allowing to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
