Căutăm un Specialist în dezvoltarea produselor de asigurare auto

Ești pasionat de domeniul asigurărilor și îți place să combini analiza de portofoliu cu dezvoltarea de produse? În acest rol, vei contribui la crearea, actualizarea și optimizarea produselor auto, având un impact direct asupra performanței și competitivității portofoliului.

Principalele responsabilitati:

  • Participi la
    crearea de produse noi de asigurare
    și la
    modificarea/actualizarea produselor existente
    , conform planului tehnic anual sau altor obiective aprobate;
  • Desfășori
    analize pe conturi și segmente/subsegmente de portofoliu
    ;
  • Monitorizezi evoluția portofoliului auto
    și gradul de realizare a indicatorilor de performanță;
  • Identifici segmentele cu rezultate sub așteptări și
    propuni măsuri de îmbunătățire
    ;
  • Contribui la
    îmbunătățirea calității datelor
    , identificând erorile și propunând soluții de corecție;
  • Elaborezi
    specificațiile tehnice pentru implementarea modificărilor sau produselor noi
    în sistemele informatice și participi la testarea acestora;
  • Oferi
    suport tehnic și comercial
    entităților companiei, analizând solicitările primite și furnizând soluții adecvate;
  • Propui și participi la
    dezvoltarea sistemului intern de raportare
    necesar analizei și administrării portofoliului auto.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • Minimum
    3 ani de experiență în domeniul asigurărilor auto
    ;
  • Cunoștințe solide privind
    legislația și reglementările din domeniul asigurărilor
    ;
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze – nivel mediu;
  • Competențe avansate în
    utilizarea calculatorului și prelucrarea bazelor de date
    ;
  • Bune abilități de
    comunicare, analiză și organizare
    ;
  • Capacitate de a lucra
    atât independent, cât și în echipă
    ;
  • Orientare spre rezultate,
    creativitate în zona tehnică
    și atenție la detalii;
  • Integritate, inițiativă, seriozitate și tact în relațiile profesionale.
