) is a premium brand specializing in modern solutions for gates, fences, garden structures, and outdoor furniture. We are currently at a key stage in our development, with major growth plans. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with relevant experience in digital marketing, strategic vision, and passion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing the overall marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget, analyzing market trends, and enhancing brand visibility to support the company's business objectives.
  • Planning and monitoring SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads campaigns, etc.
  • Developing marketing content in collaboration with external teams (email marketing, banners, texts, videos)
  • Coordinating the full Social Media package (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Coordinating the development and management of the brand's presence in international markets, both through our own website and on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eMAG, Allegro, etc.)
  • Adapting marketing strategies for the international markets where the company is present, according to each region's local specifics
  • Collaborating with development, logistics, and sales teams to ensure consistent and efficient customer experience for international clients
  • Administering and continuously optimizing websites (content, features, UX, mobile-first)
  • Coordinating web development
  • Implementing modern A/B testing processes, UX/CRO improvements, and website speed optimization
  • Monitoring traffic, bounce rate, heatmaps, and conversion rate
  • Monthly performance analysis and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, website/e-commerce management, preferably in online retail
  • Experience in international eCommerce (logistics, legislation, taxes, tools) is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Email Marketing, CRO
  • Portfolio of relevant web projects is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
  • Advanced English skills
  • Innovative mindset – open to current trends and digital solutions
