Trade Marketing Manager (Romania)

To grow distribution presence and better execution of all Instore activities and help fell team to merchandise proper all our category products in order to sustain continues grow of Romania market and achieve local market KPIs.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • At least 3 years of prior experience in implementing trade marketing activity plans;
  • Advanced knowledge of English language;
  • Superior studies - marketing additional studies / diplomas are a plus;
  • Abilities of prioritizing the tasks;
  • IT knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams);
  • Good communication skills in order to cooperate with team members and with business partners, as well; proactive attitude is a must;
  • Driver license

Job description:

  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing activity;
  • Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities;
  • Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers;
  • Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams;
  • Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility;
  • Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected;
  • Coordination with the sales sector (transfer and introduction of marketing solutions); monitoring sell out of business partners and propose marketing corrective measures, to improve sales and reduce inventories;
  • Monitors advertising and other promotional activities within the associated marketing budget, researches, analyzes, monitors financial, technological, demographic environmental factors, the work of competition;
  • organizes and supervises the implementation of all necessary trade marketing activities for the education of employees regarding the knowledge of the technical characteristics of appliances and techniques for selling appliances
  • Respecting / achieving the designated KPIs: sell out increase, display share increase, BSI increase, market share increase;

Specific attribution:

  • Coordination the field team of 5 person:
  • Monitor the store display execution and reporting/ centralization the collecting data
  • Monitor the implementation of POP solution instore: Generic/Thematic campaigns
  • Developing the Planograms for all category products and insure the execution
  • Developing & execution for POS Display Brand zone in retail channel:
  • Work with Agency for developing the 3D project based on Trade Marketing Playbook
  • Collect the Instore dimensions and specification for all projects
  • Collecting & evaluation of the cost offers from local supplier
  • Developing & execution for POP materials in retail channel:
  • Work with Agency for adapting & customize POP materials based on Trade Marketing Playbook
  • Collect & prepare the market stock needs
  • Collecting & evaluation of the cost offers from local supplier
  • Training
  • Developing the specific materials for Training dedicated to all Hisense & Gorenje product categories
  • Presenting the new product to field team
  • Reporting to EHQ the monthly activities
  • Organization & Implementation the special event activities
  • Work with Agency for developing special POS & POP & PROPS & Goodies materials
  • Collecting & evaluation of the cost offers from local supplier
  • Report to EHQ & HQ Trade marketing and Product category manager:
  • Reporting monthly POS display Implementation
  • Reporting Store Universe and specific product category
