
Inventory Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Setting a regular schedule for counting materials in all KERO locations
- Tracking and understanding possible differences between physical and recorded stock
- Adjusting found discrepancies and updating the system accordingly, creating control tools to detect supply flow issues early
- Monitoring system accuracy by setting specific indicators
- Tracking system errors that may cause stock differences and solving the root causes
- Reporting stock accuracy status to management
- Supporting internal and external audits related to stock accuracy
- Actively contributing to improving the material consumption process in the system and aligning it with the physical production flow
- Properly allocating resources to support material flow on the line and inventory plans
Candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills, all management levels
- Solid experience in inventory management and data accuracy within ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Proficiency in administering and analyzing cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI is a plus)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and implement corrective actions
- High school diploma (Bachelor degree is a plus)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (inventory, logistics, supply chain)
- +experience in electronics manufacturing
- +previous experience in Automotive industry
- English advanced level
